This is the new logo of 1st Flixton 'Loki' Explorer Scout Unit
The Flixton Explorer Scout unit have had yet another change. This time its the name.
The Explorer Unit name has now officially become 'Loki', as well as being known as 1st Flixton Explorers.
Loki was the god of fire and mischief in Norse mythology.
The name was originally suggested by 1st Flixton Scout Leader, Norman, and all seemed to like the idea.
Alot of research went into Loki to ensure that the name and legends behind the god were suitable. Most tales seemed to fit.
Yet another identity for 1st Flixton 'Loki'. Note how the jesters hat contains the colours of the neckers worn by the Explorer unit.
