This is the first impression of 1st Flixton Scout Hut.The concrete driveway leads up to the front doors of the hut, with grass land to the right.
It is surrounded by sycamore and hawthorn trees, plus many more plants that Scouts have planted in the past.
Here we can see all different types of wildlife, from birds and small mammals to plant life.
This is the view from the grass land, facing towards the front of the hut.Meetings are held on this land, as it is big enough for most activities.
See the fire altar that was built by the Explorer Unit as one of their many projects. Here is where BBQ's, open air cooking and general fire building takes place.
